CT scan images for patient 1. ASDH (red arrows) was detected from initial brain CT (A, B). Follow-up CT scan on the 7th hospital day revealed that the hematoma was reduced (C, D). After 4 weeks of conservative treatment, the right-side hematoma becomes low-density hydrops (E, F). Complete resolution of the hematoma was observed after 2 months (G, H)
