A Emergency CT scan indicates hemorrhagic lesions in the left frontal and parietal regions. Suspected left frontal vascular malformation with hemorrhage based on CTA original images. B DSA reveals a left frontal vascular malformation supplied by dual branches of the left middle cerebral artery and a single branch of the left anterior cerebral artery, with superficial venous drainage. C Embolization of branches supplying the AVM from the middle cerebral artery is performed. D Surgical resection and evacuation of the intracranial hematoma are performed.
