A case of using multiple iMRI to increase the EOR of HGILAs. The patient was a 54-year-old woman who had a recurrent tumor with pathologic diagnosis of GBM (WHO grade 4). The pre- (A), intra- (B), and postoperative (C) MRIs showed the residual tumor and further resection that increased the EOR from 74.71 to 100%.
